Rasco Winter Abston Moore & Associates, LLP was formed in 1973 and has been serving clients with quality and excellence ever since. The goal has always been to combine the experience of a large firm with the personal attention that only a small firm can provide. We work to develop long term relationships, and truly believe that our success is a result of the success of our clients. Many of our client relationships are long-standing relationships and our clients continue to use our services year after year because they know they are in good hands.

Hendrix College, 1963. Prior to forming the Firm in December, 1973, Jim spent ten years in the tax department of an international accounting firm. He devotes substantially all of his time to tax planning for clients in the medical field. He has extensive experience in individual and professional association taxation and pension and profit sharing plans.
