Our firm has won numerous awards for our design work for headquarters and corporate offices of multi-billion-dollar companies. Our professional staff has a wide range of experience in the construction development field, and we would be happy to lend our talents to your next project.

The applicant should have 4-8 years of experience in the design of buildings and foundations. Applicants will work under the guidance of a project manager, but will be expected to perform independently on the majority of the design/detailing aspects of preparing contract documents for a building. Excellent communication and organizational skills in addition to a familiarity with Microsoft Office are a must. Applicant will attend meetings, visit construction sites, prepare specifications and check shop drawings.

The Iceplex is located on top of the parking structure at the Ballston Common Mall at the intersection of Glebe Road and Randolph Street in Arlington, Virginia. The new rink building has been situated over the original 1951 parking garage which was constructed as 4 levels of reinforced concrete with the additional capacity for two levels of vertical expansion. In the mid-1980's, two lighter composite steel levels were added allowing for yet another level of future vertical expansion.
