Rausch Construction Company, Inc. is a full service construction company specializing in general contracting, construction management, and engineering services for both public and private clients. Rausch is a family owned business started in 1984. We are headquartered in the Chicagoland area, and serve clients throughout the Midwest.

The US Green Building Council, founded in 1993, is a non-profit organization composed of leaders working to advance buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable, and healthy places to live and work. Driving it’s mission to transform its built environment, is the USGBC LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System. Since its founding, USGBC has focused on fulfilling the building and construction industries vision for its own transformation to high performance green construction. More than 15,000 organizations are members of the USGBC.

As a general contractor, Rausch self-performs concrete, excavation, demolition, piling, and carpentry work. This gives Rausch the flexibility to maintain aggressive schedules and tight budgets, while ensuring the highest quality and client satisfaction required on all projects. Rausch’s general contracting team of experienced civil engineers, project managers, and superintendents are actively involved to create a strong working relationship to best meet our client needs, ensuring quality throughout the construction process.

Founded in 1979, HACIA’s mission has been clearing paths of opportunity for minority and women owned business enterprises for over 3 decades across the Midwest.
