In September of 1995, ReCon Engineering, Inc. was established as a wholly owned subsidiary of ReCon Management Services, Inc. Because of our success in being able to find highly qualified personnel, our existing clients asked us to expand our business. Therefore, ReCon Engineering was established to provide engineering and design services.

ReCon was established in 1995 and has matured as a high quality and competitive engineering consulting firm. We provide engineering design and project management services to the refining, chemical, power, terminals and pipelines, and pulp and paper industries. ReCon has built a reputation for energy, innovation and quality. Our approach is to be the engineering contractor of choice for our customers.

We provide extensive staffing solutions to place and monitor employees and their performance. We also offer workforce management solutions to control your workforce, access information, create reports, and reduce costs.

ReCon can execute challenging chemicals projects including engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance (EPCM) projects. ReCon provides a full range of integrated services including consulting and design-build of new facilities as well as retrofit and plant-betterment services.
