RE/MAX of Boulder is a Winning Team RE/MAX of Boulder has been serving the Boulder Valley community for 28 years. It was established in 1977 by Broker/Owner Tom Kalinski. It was the fifth RE/MAX franchise sold in the State of Colorado and the first in Boulder County. It opened its doors with two Realtors and was located in the Bank of Boulder. It continued growing and moved down 30th Street, where the company stayed until 1990. With over 30 Realtors, they moved to its present location at WaterStreet, at the corner of Canyon and Folsom. Since then, RE/MAX of Boulder has grown to 92 Realtors.The office recently received, for the 15th year in a row, the top award from RE/MAX Mountain States “Highest Dollar Volume per Agent” in its five-state region. Additionally, they received the award for “Highest Total Volume” in 2004 with just under $700,000,000 in residential closed volume. This is an all-time record for RE/MAX of Boulder.RE/MAX of Boulder’s Realtors have an average of seventeen years of experience in the real estate business and nearly ten years experience with RE/MAX of Boulder. The company encourages its agents to be active in the industry, and many can be found in key positions in the Boulder Area Realtor Association, as well as the Colorado Association of Realtors.
