Real Estate Management Services (REMS) is a third generation family-owned business operation in the South Bay area of Los Angeles for over 50 years. REMS originated as a division of Loegering Construction and Loegering Management, founded in 1949 by Fred F. Loegering. We specialize in the management of income properties and resident occupied properties, ranging in size from a single family dwelling to an apartment or condominium community with hundreds of units. We also manage offices or retail properties.

Our company is dedicated to serving the property owner! We realize that as an owner of income property, you are in need of prompt and reliable service, and you deserve just that.
