Mr. Koranda brings over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate valuation and development fields to the Administration Team. His career highlights include starting as a Staff Appraiser for Mid America Bank (for 10 years) concentrating in single- and multi- family investment property valuation and transitioning to a Lead Developer for M.A.F. Developments Inc. Koranda oversaw the development of three large residential single-family communities that include the very successful Tall Grass of Naperville, Shenandoah of Plainfield, and Springbank subdivision also of Plainfield.
