Sean Fitzpatrick has 20 years of technology experience in the real estate industry. He was a founding member of Accrue Technologies and Integrated Valuations. Sean joined Realogic Analytics via the 2005 purchase of Accrue Technologies . Prior to that he worked for Financial Automation Ltd, the developers of PRO-JECT. Sean has extensive experience with budgeting , lease administration and valuation software and their i ntegration with industry standard accounting systems such as: Yardi, CTI, MRI/IRES, JD Edwards, Skyline and Timberline.
Dale has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to founding Realogic, he was Development Manager at ORIX where he was heavily involved in the management of the development process of commercial real estate throughout the country. Prior to ORIX, Dale participated in the acquisition, disposition, development, financing and asset management process of office, retail, industrial and hotel assets for Fifield Realty and VMS Realty Partners. He is an Illinois CPA and started his career in the audit division with KPMG.
