As Founder, he provided the entrepreneurial skill and leadership to successfully organize, manage, and evolve Kleen Teem from a cottage industry business, to a best-in-class provider of commercial cleaning services for the construction, property management, and event management industries. More recently, Dean has guided the company’s growth geographically into South Florida, and has diversified its services to support the hospitality and food service sectors.
