Mr. Bruce has over forty years experience in the real estate industry as a principal, during which time he operated Charter Capital, a private investment company specializing in value-added real estate investments. Mr. Bruce has successfully been the lead investor in both land transactions as well as income producing properties In 1971, Mr. Bruce developed what is believed to be the first computerized site selection system utilized on a large-scale commercial basis. Major advances in technology now allow this vision to deliver benefits that were never before possible.

Mr. Grayson is licensed to practice law in South Carolina. For over 35 years, he has had an A rating in Martindale Hubbell. He was a Fellow in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys until he left a firm practice. He was listed in Best Lawyers in America from 1992 until 1998 when he left private practice.

Mrs. Brabham is a Certified Public Accountant with over twenty-five years of accounting experience in various industries. She is a 1981 graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
