Realty Bancorp Equities (RBE) is a very successful real estate development/property management company who’s managing member, Norman J. Kravetz, has been active in the Southern California real estate market for over 40 years. With our team of professionals, having decades of real estate experience, we acquire, develop, manage and lease class “A” buildings. Currently we own and operate over 2 million square feet of retail, office and industrial properties, in addition to actively managing several locations for third party clients.

RBE’s objective is to provide value to the owner and his or her property. That value comes from having property management as our primary service. We consider our leasing expertise an additional service that provides value to our clients.

This property is located on the south side of Foothill Boulevard, consisting of two buildings, with a street frontage of 210 feet. Building 1 consists of a 2,580 square foot Chipotle Mexican Restaurant. Building 2 consists of a 2,500 square foot T-Mobile retail store and a 1,500 square foot Starbucks with a drive-thru.
