Tom Koster, the president and founder of Realvesco Properties, is highly qualified in commercial and industrial real estate. He has experience in real estate development with both William Koster & Associates and Markland Development, in addition to having been a salesperson with Westdale Realty Co. Tom’s expertise and strengths lie in the marketing of industrial real estate, by meeting the needs of clients and utilizing extensive market research. In addition to holding the SIOR and CCIM designations, Tom is very active in the community and has served as a Director of the Grand Rapids Real Estate Board.

Founded in 1981 by Thomas L. Koster, Realvesco Properties specializes in the development, property management, and leasing of commercial office, retail, and industrial properties throughout the West Michigan.

With over twenty-five years experience in accounting, Kim's expertise as our accountant brings a valuable service to our company. As part of the property management team, Kim works with Sandi to provide the investors and tenants with accurate record keeping and quick response times.

Realvesco can also offer construction management as an additional service to its investors and tenants.
