Initially when making the decision to locate to Sterling, Marc realized and considered the importance of: Sterling being the trade center for northeast Colorado; the need for professional real estate brokerage services specializing in the sale of farm & ranch real estate; and being fully committed to the agricultural community and region within 1 - 1 1/2 hour radius of Sterling.
