We reconditioned most of our products in-house in the U.S. in Norcross, Georgia. We are the Exclusive Hitachi Certified Reconditioning Center. Any Hitachi certified reconditioned tool you buy has been reconditioned by our expert in-house technicians to meet and exceed Hitachi's and our customers' expectations!.

In order to keep costs low and to minimize our impact on the environment, we do not ship owner's manuals with reconditioned tools. We've tried to provide links to the owner's manuals below where possible. If you don't see the links below, please refer to the manufacturer's website.

All reconditioned products we sell come with a full manufacturer's warranty. You'll get a great deal and peace of mind knowing the manufacturer stands behind their tools, new or reconditioned.

We do appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase and need to return the item for anything other than a defective item issue, we do have a 30 day return period. Within the first 30 days you must contact us by emailing customerservice@bigskytool.com (yes, you indeed read that correctly, by emailing). This will create a case in our customer service database to expedite the return process. Our awesome customer service agent will respond with a return authorization number and form that must be included with your return. If the item is received in the warehouse without this form, processing will be delayed and/or the item may be returned back to you.
