Have you had an opportunity to help build a new department? This role puts you on the ground floor of a new Employee Relations COE that will have an impact on employee relations at the enterprise level across North America. The ultimate goal of this COE will be to align the employee relations strategy to business objectives, in order to create a collaborative, engaging environment where processes and policies are standardized and simplified.

Our global client is looking for a dynamic procurement leader with a proven history of developing and implementing aggressive sourcing strategies to reduce cost and leverage spend across multiple regions. Experience in a Fortune 1000 environment with specific experience in turnarounds and/or transformations preferred. Your ability to maneuver in a highly matrixes environment and manage teams remotely will be key to your success.
