Red Raven Exteriors

Description

Living in Western Washington means your home's exterior faces a relentless assault from the elements that most parts of the country never experience. Over 37 inches of annual rainfall, persistent humidity levels that stay above 80% for months at a time, wind-driven rain that strikes walls at sharp angles, and aggressive moss and algae growth that colonizes every surface from rooftops to decking boards — these conditions demand materials and installation techniques specifically chosen and executed for this climate. A contractor who builds the same way in Kirkland as they would in Phoenix or Dallas is setting your home up for premature failure.
Red Raven Exteriors was founded in Kirkland specifically to serve King County and Snohomish County homeowners who need exterior work done right for the Pacific Northwest. Every material recommendation we make, every flashing detail we install, and every drainage strategy we design is informed by years of hands-on experience with homes throughout Bellevue, Redmond, Sammamish, Woodinville, Bothell, Shoreline, Renton, Kent, and dozens of communities across our service area. We have seen firsthand what lasts and what fails in this climate, and we build exclusively with products and practices that deliver long-term performance.
Our headquarters on NE 122nd Way in Kirkland means we are centrally located to serve the entire Eastside and beyond with fast response times. When you call Red Raven, you reach our local team — not a national call center. Your project is managed by the same people from initial consultation through final walkthrough, ensuring consistent communication and accountability at every stage.
