Currently Available Positions: click title below to expand Red Tail Corporation has potential requirements for J7/9 Lessons Learned Specialist with knowledge and experience in analysis and operations support with knowledge of Military Special Operations and/or Intelligence Community Operations. The J7/9 Lessons Learned Specialist must be capable of demonstrating current knowledge of practices utilized by various units as well as demonstrate knowledge of training/learning systems. This position will provide USSOCOM with program support for the Lessons Learned program in the areas of policy development, operational requirements, technical guidance, operational studies, geographic domain expertise, advice, collections support, analytical support and any other responsibilities and actions that may be required to support the mission. Must be extremely knowledgeable in DOD and USSOCOM policies, procedures and areas of responsibility. Will be responsible for conducting and analyzing information and research and providing presentations for planning efforts. The contractor will also maintain oversight of the Lessons Learned Database, the Joint Lessons Learned Info system and insure data is synchronized, current and available to users. Positions may be located in North Carolina and Djibouti. Must be a U.S. Citizen or be able to work in the United States Foreign travel may be required A security Clearance of TS/SCI is required. Qualifications: Must have a Bachelors Degree and a minimum of Nine (9) years experience in DoD policy, operations research, Special Ops or analysis experience with proven government industry management experience.
