Redd Realty Services has three offices. The main office is located in Atlanta, Georgia. The other two offices are located in Nashville, Tennessee and Auburn, Alabama.Since going into business in 1972, A. M. Redd, Jr., our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, has purchased, developed, owned and managed shopping centers and free standing tenant properties. Below outlines our development history:Site negotiations and shop leasing for a 125,000 square foot shopping center with K-Mart, Kroger, and small shops on U. S. Hwy. 29 in Lilburn, Georgia. Later added a 28,000 square foot Handy City across street.
