Senior Industrial Designer A thoughtful and diversely capable designer, Rich carries with him 15 years of product development experience in a wide range of award winning hand held medical electrosurgical tools and delivery devices, as well as consumer and industrial products. As program manager, he’s skilled at taking projects from the earliest stages of user research through manufacturing. Our clients often seek Rich for his design leadership to drive their projects to success.

President/Owner Lars is a seasoned innovator, strategic planner, and designer. He carries with him more than 30 years of industry experience in medical, consumer, and commercial product development. His leadership has proven to bring success to every venture in which he’s involved.

Our client desired to create a product around their vision for a portable oxygen delivery system. It’s designed to go anywhere, allowing for users to take "shots" of pure air on-the go. redgroup shaped the shell to provide maximum comfort, grip, and ergonomic activation while housing the refill canisters and playing on simple, elegant aesthetics.
