Description
In my initial Bio, I mainly focused on my family and my past. I would now like to tell you where I am at now. For many years, I worked 60-70 hours per week investing all my time and energies in two jobs and my home and family. This left me little time to concentrate on “ME ”. Over time, slowly, without my noticing, I began to slow down and to also gain weight. As the pounds crept up, I began to slow down, lose energy, experience aches and pains where I never had them before and become very disinterested in things going on around me. I semi-retired last June with the goal of connecting with and taking care of the long neglected “ME ”. This past June, I joined this wonderful group of very supportive ladies in an effort to meet my goals.
