Ref-Chem Company was founded in 1957 in Odessa, Texas to meet a growing need for contract maintenance in the emerging petrochemical complex being built in Odessa. Once the complex was complete and maintenance services were in place and operating efficiently, construction services were added to Ref-Chem’s capabilities the following year. The company quickly developed a reputation for professionalism, quality workmanship and delivering customer satisfaction in Odessa, and other parts of West Texas and the Permian Basin including New Mexico.

Mr. Pullen joined Ref-Chem in 1984. He has more than 30 years of experience in estimating Construction and Engineering/ Procurement/ Construction projects. He has responsibility for overseeing estimating activities including the development, preparation and review of all proposals. Mr. Pullen has a strong alliance to the Permian Basin Community having lived in West Texas for over 50 years.

Ref-Chem is a full service electrical contractor specializing in industrial electrical, communications, instrumentation, power, and control systems. Ref-Chem has experience with installing systems in oil and gas, refining, manufacturing, material handling, and chemicals industries.
