Regency Property Management Regency Property Management is a locally-owned and operated company specializing in property management, sales, leasing, and association management of income property throughout Fresno, Clovis, Madera and other Central California locations. Our goal is to provide our clients with experienced, credible and effective management services at the highest level. These services are all-encompassing and include administrative services, financial services and coordination of all management functions and services at all levels.

H.O.A. Services At Regency Property Management, we provide professional property management services for homeowners associations (HOAs) and Community Associations along the south valley, including the Clovis area. Running an HOA or community association is much like running a small business and few volunteer board members are prepared for the time commitment and complexities of property management.

One of the most important services we provide is the safe and secure management of homeowners associations and community association funds. We set up separate bank accounts-operating funds and reserve funds- for each association and, with the Board's input, we design strict parameters for how money is handled. Step 1: When an invoice comes in, it is approved by our supervisor payable clerk and scanned into our database. Step 2: We send the invoice out for approval, according to the parameters that the HOA board has set up in advance.

Whether you own one duplex or several apartment complexes, you have two very specific goals in mind: to keep each unit consistently filled with reliable tenants and to keep that rental income profitable. We specialize in apartment complexes up to 150 units.
