We believe strongly in providing personalized, and value-add services for our customers, to help them make the most of our Online Contact Center Solutions. That includes a highly experienced team of customer support and training personnel and a growing body of “best practice” material when it comes to eCommunications.

We provide telephone and email support between 8:00am and 6:00pm (Mountain Time Zone) Monday-Friday, except on holidays, but we have no obligation to provide you with hard-copy documentation, upgrades, enhancements, modifications, or other support services unless specifically contracted for.

Customer support is a vital part of the service we provide at Relatrix. We know it and our customers recognize that we go the extra mile to respond to their questions or problems in a timely and knowledgeable manner. There are several ways to get help and information to make the most effective use of our online communications and community engagement software.

Relatrix was founded in 1999 with the objective of helping organizations engage their customers more effectively using the Internet. The company has evolved from serving the needs of start-up dot com companies, to re-focusing our business in 2004 exclusively on education.
