We would like to take this opportunity to introduce our company to you. Reliable Bronze & Mfg., Inc. was established in 1968 by Charles Olson and his then future wife, Linda. Over thirty years later, both still oversee daily operations. In June of 1973, they moved the business from its original location in New Brighton, Minnesota, to our present site here in Stanchfield, Minnesota. We have over 25,500 sq. ft. of manufacturing space and 17,500 sq. ft. of warehouse space. Our facility operates 24 hours a day, 5 days a week.We pride ourselves on being able to offer quality products at competitive prices. We have one of the most extensive inventories of standard size bearings and bar stock in the industry. Our delivery schedule is currently running 1-2 weeks for "Special" made-to-print items. Grooved stock bearings can ship within 2-3 days and it can take up to 2 weeks to ship graphited parts. We can ship stock items out the same day if the order is placed by 3:00 p.m. central time. Quotes are usually turned around within 24 hours.In order to service you as a customer properly, we try and staff each department with well-trained and knowledgeable people. We give our employees the tools to help them do their jobs as efficiently as possible. We only invest in state-of-the-art equipment from computers to fax machines. The same goes for our machining process in the plant. Our CNC machinery is top of the line, with the most advanced controls available. This assures repeatability on long production runs and total accuracy on prototype applications. Our graphiting facility can provide customers with a complete mechanical system designed for longevity and to eliminate problems caused by high and low temperatures. Our Quality Control Department is fully computerized and can inspect tolerances up to ±.00005. We also have the ability to collect and analyze data, perform statistical process control "SPC" and digitize surface and geometric shapes for CAD, CAE, and reverse engineering applications.
