After relocating to the corporate headquarters in Avon, CT she managed 125 sites totaling 1.5 million square feet. Ms. Day then decided to extend the years of expertise and knowledge by founding Relocation Management Solutions Inc. RMS has focused on Education and Healthcare. The NYC Center for Charter School Excellence contracted RMS for 5 years running. Ms. Day worked with at least 50 charter schools to see them through their facility needs since 2002. Ms. Day has managed several healthcare projects specifically for Mount Sinai Health System since 2007.
RMS aligns the interests of owners and tenants alike, acting as advisor throughout the planning, design, and construction of all projects. We provide an array or pre-construction services, including budgets and schedules, site selection, design & construction team selection, interior space programming, and of course, comprehensive construction planning and execution.
