Rebecca Baird, RN, CCRC, President, Chief Executive Officer Ms. Baird is the founder and CEO of Remington-Davis, Incorporated She founded Remington-Davis in 1992 and has overseen its growth from a two-person team operating within a local hospital to a large staff with studies at multiple area hospitals and outpatient clinics. Ms. Baird’s professional experience includes over 18 years in the clinical trial industry. An entrepreneur by nature, Ms. Baird also founded Physician’s Antibiotic Services, Incorporated, a home infusion company. She also serves on multiple professional and community service boards. Hamish Baird, MBA, CCRC, Vice-President Mr. Baird joined Remington-Davis in 1996 to establish the outpatient and consumer products testing operations. He has overseen the conduct of more than 120 outpatient trials. His responsibilities within the organization include employee management, marketing, and finance. Prior to his tenure with Remington-Davis, he was assistant Vice-President at Showe Management Corporation, a commercial real estate development and management company. Mr. Baird graduated from Skidmore College with a degree in biology and chemistry and holds a Master of Business Administration from Capital University. Jennifer Botte, RN, CCRC, Director of Inpatient Services Ms. Botte oversees all inpatient clinical trials managed by Remington-Davis. Ms. Botte has developed strong relationships with all departments of our partnering hospitals, and she has created a unique system for subject identification. The collaboration of multiple interdepartmental hospital units has resulted in meeting and exceeding enrollment goals of many of our studies. Ms. Botte has a BS in biology from The Ohio State University and is a licensed Registered Nurse.
