This mission has been pursued for over 30 years, beginning in Peshtigo, Wisconsin, and expanding into Appleton, De Pere, Marinette, Weston, and Wisconsin Rapids. The services provided cover a continuum of care needs, beginning with independent living condominiums, continuing to assisted living communities, and including skilled nursing facilities with specialty services for dementias and transitional care units that focus on therapy and rehabilitation following surgeries or illness and specialty care.
