In 1983, the late Don Pinkerton had a passion and vision for the construction industry that led to the success of RPR. Don’s experience began in the home building industry and then moved into commercial building working under the tutelage of Don Hill Construction. He had 35 years of building experience. Being a project manager, office manager, chief estimator and vice president gave him the background knowledge he needed to build a company that produced strong effective teamwork.
