For over 20 years, we’ve been giving borrowers our personalized, bounded closing books. These books contain all of the executed documents, straight from the closing table. They’ve withstood the test of time; many of our borrowers have returned to our office 10 years later with this bound book in hand.

You may be pre-approved for a conforming loan (one which conforms to Fannie and Freddie guidelines), but that doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll get it. Which can certainly be a little confusing. To understand this discrepancy, we provide some background on how conforming loans work below.
