RCI has been in business in Roanoke for over 35 years. Our regular service area includes Roanoke, the New River and Roanoke Valleys and the surrounding counties. However we also serve several clients in other areas of Virginia and across the country. Many of our clients have been with us since the beginning. Our secret to success is no secret. We are honest and fair with our customers and we are the best at what we do.

RCI offers communications products covering a wide spectrum, from basic telephone,video surveilance,PA equipment, sound and data systems to complete integrated office systems. We have carefully selected the manufacturers that we represent. Extensive evaluation of each product is conducted prior to their approval. Value is a consideration; however, quality and technology come first. Our systems must provide for better than average "Mean Time Between Failure" factors. RCI is also a factory direct dealer for Toshiba with over 30 years experience.

RCI's main office is located at 5515 Williamson Road, Roanoke, Virginia. As well as a branch office in southwest Virginia to provide better service for our rural clients. We have had virtually no long-term liability for more than 20 years and enjoy a healthy cash flow with substantial cash reserves.
