In April 1992, the United States Small Business Administration (SBA) certified RDSI as a small business qualified to participate in the 8(a) procurement program for a period of nine years. RDSI successfully completed the 8(a) program in May 2001. RDSI remains an SBA certified small disadvantaged business (SDB).Since inception, RDSI has specialized in providing Government and Industry clients professional and technical services in the fields of computer engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, system integration, simulation and stimulation, research and development, system installation and field service support, facilities operation and maintenance, and Electronic Warfare (EW) simulation and training.
