ResNexus uses the information that we collect to set up the Service for individuals and their organizations. We may also use the information to contact customers to further discuss customer interest in our company, the Service that we provide, and to send information regarding our company or partners, such as promotions and events. Customers are invited to receive an email newsletter by providing an email address. Customer email addresses and any personal customer information will not be distributed or shared with third parties. Customers can opt out of being contacted by us, or receiving such information from us, at any time by sending an email to info at resnexus.com. Separately, customers are also asked to provide an email address when registering for the Service, in order to receive a username and password. We may also email information regarding updates to the Service or company, and will send a Customer Newsletter. Again, email will not be distributed or shared and customers can opt out of receiving any communication by emailing info at resnexus.com at the time it is distributed, or at the time any customer registers for the Service.

We don't believe in call centers where you have to explain your business to a new representative each time you call, hoping to get someone good. Every team member on our Red Carpet Team is not only good but great. They know you by name. They know your business. We care about your business and truly want you to succeed. Running any business is challenging and we are here to make it easier.

At ResNexus, we take customer service and training seriously. Our Red Carpet Professionals are highly trained, personable and extremely service oriented. They are not technical experts, but customer service experts.

Behind the scenes every client also has a Red Carpet Account Manager assigned to assist the business and the Red Carpet Professional. Account Managers fill in the gaps when Red Carpet Professionals are serving another client. It also means that when the Red Carpet Professional is unavailable or away from work your business is still covered by someone who knows you and your business.
