Residential Builders, located in North Anne Arundel County Maryland, was founded in 2005 by Paul Nalley Sr. and Thomas Diggs. After seeing the quality and flexibility in design of the modular home industry, we were motivated to launch Residential Builders LLC. It is truly our desire to create custom home designs that will meet all your needs and build a quality product that will satisfy you and your family for generations to come. Paul Nalley Sr. has been self-employed since 1984, although he has worked successfully in many industries, he sincerely loves building custom modular homes.

Residential Builders, LLC has been building quality homes with unique designs for more than seven years. Our management team has over 46 years of experience in the construction industry. Kerry Forbes, our sales manager, has 10 years experience on the manufacturer side of the industry giving you and us a unique advantage to the design and construction process of your new home. Residential Builders, LLC serves the Baltimore area and surrounding counties by providing quality custom modular homes.
