Mr. Wilsted is a co-founder and Senior Managing Director at Blue Ridge Partners, a strategic management consulting firm focused on helping companies drive profitable revenue growth. Brad now leads the firm’s Healthcare and Business Services Practices. Brad has 20+ years of experience in consulting, private equity and senior operating roles.

Ms. McVay has over 25 years of experience in healthcare operations, administration and leadership and has experience in all areas of revenue cycle; Patient Financial Clearance, Billing, Collections, AR Management, Cash Acceleration, Denial Management, Customer Service, Payment Reconciliation, Contract Compliance, etc. She has held positions that include providing both professional and management support to healthcare systems, hospitals, physician groups and revenue cycle outsourcing companies.

Mr Adams joined re|solution as Chief Operating Officer in October 2013, bringing more than 15 years of leadership experience in revenue cycle management and health systems. Jason is responsible for the overall operations and delivery of services for re|solution. Prior to joining re|solution, Jason he was the president of a national revenue cycle consulting firm specializing in Electronic Medical Record conversions and risk mitigation services focused on healthcare revenue cycles.

We begin with a complete analysis of facility volumes and specialties to help us understand the coding needs of the facility. We then develop customized staffing analysis to determine the appropriate number of coders needed to complete the project based on either internal or agreed on productivity standards. Your re|solution team analyzes specialty and coding types to ensure a proper match with our qualified team of coders. Biographies for each coder listing their credentials, certification expiration dates, along with a listing of team members experience and specialties.

Mr. Ronning has over 25 years of experience in health care administration, accounts receivable management, managed care contracting, and revenue cycle outsourcing. Michael possesses expertise in all aspects of revenue cycle management, including patient access, hospital business services, and CBO operations. He has restructured revenue cycle departments, turned around unprofitable operations, and trained and mentored staff and management. Most recently, Michael served as VP of Operations for Pyramid Healthcare Solutions.
