Mr. Reynoso has over 14 years of experience in the IT/Networking field. He is responsible for all engineering functions, and the management of internal and external resources in providing responsive customer and technical support to the Company's users. Previous experience includes Network Operations Manager of Netbeam Broadband where he was responsible for a 3-state network. Mr. Reynoso was also General Manager of Absolute Solutions, an IT consulting company. His qualifications include over 12 years of Cisco IOS experience (WAN/LAN), with extensive experience in: networking, MTU/MDU solutions, cable modem systems, Microsoft servers, web related servers, and IT consulting. Mr. Reynoso has a BS degree in Cybernetics and Systems Engineering from La Salle University in Mexico City.

ResortInternet is a joint venture between EGP, LLP, headed by Eric Geis a telecom executive with over 25 years of experience and a founder of Rhythms NetConnections previously one of the largest providers of DSL service in the country, and Wavelength Commercial Communications an 18 year old Denver based company providing cable, satellite & wireless systems in Colorado. ResortInternet provides its high speed internet services to HOAs, resorts and lodges. ResortInternet installs the equipment, configures the connection to the Internet and provides a Complete Customer Support Package for its customers. The company has recently signed agreements for providing its services in Breckenridge and Beaver Creek in addition to Keystone.

Mr. Wentzlaff has provided executive leadership in strategic planning, market expansion and distribution development in the IT and telecommunications markets for over 25 years. Mr. Wentzlaff has successfully designed and executed market entry initiatives into both domestic and international telecommunication markets, most recently operating multiple cable networks across the mountain state region. Throughout the 1990's Mark worked as Corporate Director for New Technologies for Safeguard Business Systems. In 1997, Mr. Wentzlaff was recruited by Engineer Data Products a developer of media storage technology as Senior VP of Sales and Marketing responsible for client services, product development, marketing, alliances and distribution. In 2005 Mr. Wentzlaff was named President and Managing Partner of Prime Time Communications, a provider of video, data and voice services running over fiber-to-the-home networks to new master planned communities. Mark was instrumental in the expansion of Prime Time as an MSO, operating networks in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Utah, successfully expanding the service base to over 10,000 active subscribers.

Brian has worked with Colorado's top destination resorts to provide for their digital amenity needs. He has a great understanding of hotel and homeowner association operations from his background in property management. He has worked as a Property Manager for small companies like Cornerstone Apartment Services and large Real Estate Investment Trusts like BRE Properties in Colorado. He has a BS in both Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and has served as Vice President of the American Marketing Association.

Bernie Reynoso, VP of Engineering and Customer Support; added "With our installation and activation of WiMax technology, which is a very new technology, we can provide dramatically increased bandwidth speeds and have more opportunities to expand our product line to include Digital Phone Service (VoIP), advanced entertainment services, video security and other exciting new services. In addition, we have greater abilities to electronically monitor and remotely manage what is happening in our network and thereby provide a better user experience, since we now control the bandwidth.
