Resource & Land Management, Inc. was incorporated in 1987 by Mike Petter. Mike has operated this business over these years to serve a variety of clients. These clients range from private small and large landowners, corporate entities that own and operate land, real estate investment trusts and timber investment management organizations for pension funds and other investors, and for municipalities.

The service array ranges from resource planning, management of those plans, contract vegetation management through either prescribed burning, herbicide application, or seeding and planting. The years of experience lends Resource & Land Management to areas of expertise that are called upon for litigation support in the natural resource industry. Environmental and ecological consulting naturally falls into our business array. Resource & Land Management has served land purchasers with Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, working under ASTM Standards as well 40 CFR Part 312. Resource & Land Management has enjoyed a long history of serving its clients over and over again. Our client base has become a tremendous network of friends and business associates.
