Brent Lippman – Chief Executive Officer: Brent is a serial entrepreneur who has created over $1 billion of shareholder value while serving as CEO for two software companies. Most recently, as CEO of Khimetrics, he identified promising scientific intellectual property, provided initial angel investment, raised additional venture capital funding, created a new industry segment (Revenue Management), grew the business profitably, sold the company to SAP, and returned to initial investors an average annual return of 77%. Prior to Khimetrics, Brent was CEO of JDA Software (Nasdaq: JDAS). During Mr. Lippman’s eight year tenure, he grew JDA into a company with $140 million in revenue, 1,100 associates, and operations in 11 countries with clients in over 30 countries. Brent has an MBA from Case Western Reserve University. Mark Nogaki – Senior Vice President, Sales: Mark is responsible for all sales and customer relationship activities at Response Analytics. With over 20 years of professional experience, most recently as Senior Vice President of Sales at Fiserv Lending Solutions, Mark brings a unique blend of experiences in sales, marketing, business development, product management, and engineering. His experience spans a wide range of companies, including global giants such as Raytheon, Toshiba, and Sharp, and more recently with companies focused on the financial sectors, including Priva Technologies and Fiserv. Mark holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, both from the University of Southern California. Kevin Kaspszak – Senior Vice President, Software Development: Kevin has over 16 years of software development and technology management experience. Most recently, he was an independent IT consultant and entrepreneur who started his own specialty internet online retail company. Previously, he was Director of New Product Development at JDA Software where he built large teams of technology specialists for development and rollout of complex software applications. Kevin brings extensive experience in bringing solid, market-ready software to large corporate customers. Kevin earned his degree in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University. Don Harrington – Senior Vice President, Business Development: Don is responsible for new business development and key strategic relationships based on more than 3 decades of experience in developing and nurturing sustainable customer relationships. Don's executive experience crosses multiple industries, including enterprise software, consumer packaged goods and retail. Most recently, Don worked as the senior business development executive for Concept Shopping, a Chicago based consumer insight technology provider and Khimetrics, a retail revenue management software pioneer acquired by SAP AG in 2006. As a retail executive, Don served multiple roles including SVP Merchandising, Marketing and Distribution for a large Southeastern U.S. specialty retailer, Pic n' Pay Stores and President for Elder-Beerman Dept. Stores where he managed the successful turn around of a specialty division for the retailer. Don holds a B.A. in Political Science from Iona College.
