If after providing this free technical support, the technician determines that the restore will not work and that there is no alternative restore set available to resolve the problem, he or she will issue a refund in the original amount of the purchase or issue a Shop Credit at his or her discretion depending on the reason that led to the restore failure. Please note that we reserve the right to issue a shop credit or a refund on a case by case basis. Our primary goal is to assist you restore your pc back to a working condition. If the technician and you have tried your best to restore the pc, the technician normally issues a refund. We hope this brings you Peace of Mind. All of our Technicians are experienced in computer repairs and specialize in computer restoration. The technician will be able to determine the reason for any errors during the restore and will recommend one or more solutions to resolve the problem, whether it be to change the hard-drive, the CD/DVD optical drive, remove extra memory or to schedule a replacement set. They will also be able to provide a few names of stores where you may purchase a new hard-drive cheaply as well as what you need to buy.
