Kathy Stancato Kathy started at RPC in November of 2007. Her role as Plan Administration Assistant is a familiar one as she has prior experience in working with ‘defined benefit’ plans. Her organization and attention to detail are real assets in her tasks of processing plan deposits and distributions, loan tracking and preparation of enrollment materials. Kathy also enjoys both walking and reading.

Bob brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry to his role as President of RPC. Having graduated from the University of Notre Dame, he has since earned the professional designations of Chartered Life Underwriter ® (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant ® (ChFC ® ), and Accredited Investment Fiduciary ™ (AIF ® ). Equally comfortable working with both plan sponsors and individuals, Bob’s efforts address all constituents of Retirement Programs Company. Bob’s greatest joy is found in ‘family’.
