Reunel bumpers are individually hand crafted from the best possible steel and materials; as such, our customer's patience is greatly appreciated regarding the amount of time required to produce a Reunel Heavy Duty Bumper. Each order is built in the order received and is subject to many variables and circumstances that can affect the estimated lead time for delivery. Reunel has been building bumpers for over thirty years and we attempt to apply our collective experience in estimating the time required to complete each product. The recent shortages of steel and escalating energy costs have created an extremely difficult and unique situation. Reunel will make every attempt to ship within a small margin of time given at the original order; however, we appreciate the understanding that these lead times are approximations based on experience, and Reunel customers continue to be outstanding in their support and cooperation. The staff at Reunel will make every attempt to work with each customer in addressing lead time.
