Rhule Construction Company first entered the commercial general contracting industry in 1989. Founded by Stanley R. Luhr, Rhule has been able to create and maintain a significant presence in the San Diego commercial construction market. We specialize in Commercial Tenant Improvement and Commercial Remodels. Rhule maintains leadership in the industry by providing extraordinary flexibility. We offer a variety of value-added services and are committed to readily meeting the needs of our customers. Our value added services include preliminary budgeting, value engineering and itemized construction costs. Rhule offers a network of experienced subcontractors and professionals with whom we have formed close relationships throughout the years.
