Rice Boxx Asian Cuisine opened in January 2011 in Chattanooga. We provide a powerful taste infusion of some of the best Chinese, Japanese and Thai dishes. Restaurant owner Kobe Dong's menu is derived from his family ties. His Japanese inspired meals using traditional Japanese cooking methods of hibachi, maki and sushi are a reflection of his mother's homeland's meals. Kobe's childhood was spent in China and the flavors of China pour out in the wok entrees such as Mongolian chicken and Kung Pao. Some very close friends are from Thailand, and taught him the art of Thai dishes such as Pad Thai and Thai Curries. When you step foot in Rice Boxx you will be amazed at the quality and taste of the fusion of three styles of Asian cooking.
