Through years of experience in handling Health Care Facility insurance, Russ Keller and Mark E. Long, CPCU, have developed several specialized Property/Casualty markets. They handle a large number of accounts in Oklahoma, as well as in neighboring states. The resources available to them, combined with their experience make them a valuable resource to you. Teubner comes from the identity theft industry where he worked for an industry leader, LifeLock. During his time at LifeLock, he worked with top level executives to secure profitable partnerships around the country. He brings experience in working with large accounts to build a program that fits their needs and meets all their expectations. His insurance career began in 2009 while working primarily with personal lines for Liberty Mutual.

Michael Roller came to Rich & Cartmill, Inc. in November of 2004. Michael has been in the insurance industry since he graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1998. Michael earned his B.A. degree in business communications while competing in the sport of wrestling for the Sooners. Soon after graduating he went to a nine month long insurance training program in Owatonna, MN. It was there that he became an insurance specialist for commercial insurance needs. During the next several years Michael won many awards with his prior insurance company as an insurance producer.

Cheryl Heisten joined Rich & Cartmill, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative in Life and Employee Benefits in 1983. In August 2000 she was promoted to producer in employee benefits, responsible for selling and servicing employee benefit plans to both large and small businesses. Cheryl first worked for New York Life in 1978, and has over 18 years experience in the insurance industry. Cheryl attended Oklahoma State University and is now pursuing the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation through the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.

Brad Warwick joined Rich and Cartmill, Inc. as an agent in February of 2006. Prior to joining Rich & Cartmill, Brad was a Loss Control Representative with Diamond Insurance Company, Royal & SunAlliance, and EBI Companies. He has several years of experience in the Commercial Lines of Property & Casualty insurance. Brad earned his Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management from Northeastern State University in 1996. Brad is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Oklahoma and the Oklahoma Young Agents Committee.
