Dina has worked with Dr. Richards since 1992. She has over twenty years experience in the orthodontic field. Dina is married with three grown children and five grandchildren.

Kelly has worked with Dr. Richards since 1998. She has eighteen years experience with orthodontics. Kelly is married with two grown sons and a daughter-in-law.

Dr. Richards not only spends his days with a staff of 14 women, but also goes home to his family of five females, including two female dogs! He and his wife, Sheryll, have been married for over 25 years and reside in Kingwood with their four daughters: Meghan, Amy, Kaylee and Josey. They are members of their local church, Woodlands Church East. Dr. Richards supports the community by sponsoring many athletic teams, school events and projects, mission trips and patients in various activities. He himself has been to places such as Mexico, India and Africa on mission trips.
