Cost estimating will verify compliance with the established budgets or in some cases, point out programmatic deficiencies. Through our experience and close working relationship with the installing contractors in our areas of design we have an exemplary record of predicting costs of our services and of construction costs--well within and normally below industry standards. The issues of timeliness and cost are interlocked, with each one influencing the project as a whole as well as each other.
