Review, draft, and negotiate executive employment agreements and compensation packages Our Experience We provide employee benefit counsel to for-profit and not-for-profit employers both large and small, including employers with collectively bargained plans. Our diverse client base includes hotels, Internet media providers, airlines, utilities, insurance companies, manufacturers, hospitals, real estate management companies, pharmaceutical companies and professional associations.

Civic, Pro Bono and Support Activities Our attorneys provide leadership as officers, directors and counselors to many civic organizations. We provide pro bono legal services to dozens of individuals and to more than 50 organizations. Our attorneys provide board service and volunteer support to over 100 community organizations and the firm provides financial support to 50 charities.
