Ridge Heating and Air Conditioning was founded by Joe Ridge in 1982. He opened his business with ten years of HVAC experience behind him and a desire to give top quality service to the homeowners he works with. Through that desire, Joe has built Ridge Heating and Air from a two-man operation to a company that consists of 20 or more employees who earn their living providing that same top quality service. Most of those employees now have over 10 years experience working with Ridge Heating and Air.

Our most valuable asset is our employees. Most of the people at Ridge Heating and Air have been with the company for over 10 years. Our management team has been with us for over 20 years. We are proud to provide a workplace that our employees feel good about and choose to stay with for many years. Our loyal employees benefit our loyal customers with years of knowledge and training, as well as, familiar faces.

We provide superior heating and air conditioning systems to new construction, home builders and commercial builders in Northwest Florida.

The professionalism and extreme attentiveness of completing their job and providing the ultimate in customer service is a true testament to their positive work ethic. From the time they entered the door on April 27th to their departure April 28th, these men never ceased working and were always mindful of keeping our home clean of any debris.
