Eight members of the CAIS Visiting Committee joined trustees and administrators last night in Hope Hall for a welcome dinner that begins RA's reaccreditation process. Committee members hail from independent schools throughout the state of Connecticut and will be on campus for the next three days evaluating the accuracy of the self-study report produced by representatives of all constituent groups at RA. One committee member served on the initial RA accreditation team ten years ago and "hardly recognized the school" when she arrived. She commented on the number of wonderful changes that have taken place since her first visit.
