Ridgeview is aligned with several key organizations dedicated to ongoing health care industry improvements such as: ICSI (Institute for Clinical Systems Improvement) All ICSI members are required to participate in an annual cycle of selecting four or more improvement projects in which they will commit significant time and energy to improve. Members provide an annual report of their progress as a way of sharing information and ideas with other members.

Mr. Hubin has more than 35 years of experience in manufacturing and operations management with four manufacturing companies and semiconductor equipment production.

Mr. Nelson received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota. He has 30 years of management experience in operations, largely in the technology world.
