Rimmer & Roeter Construction, Incorporated originated in April of 2000 and is based in Cashmere, Washington, located between Wenatchee and Leavenworth in North Central Washington. Rimmer & Roeter Construction, Incorporated provides full construction services for commercial, industrial and residential projects, including remodels and tenant improvements. Jamie Rimmer and Steve Roeter have over 40 years of combined experience in the construction industry. Past projects have included office buildings, motels, condominiums, controlled atmosphere facilities, cold storages, freezer facilities, agricultural warehouses, schools, military facilities along with many High End Custom Homes. At Rimmer & Roeter Construction, Incorporated we are familiar with a wide variety of construction means and methods enabling us to construct your project using conventional construction products along with current finishing techniques such as stamped or stained concrete and stucco finishes. Our experience with qualified subcontractors and vendors throughout the area will help to insure that your facility is constructed with quality materials and workmanship. Along with general contracting services offered by Rimmer & Roeter Construction, we also provide project management services. Steve and Jamie are both seasoned project managers experienced in completing multi-million dollar projects under their direction.
